I am not sure that anything changed for management, as I only heard Swartz make the statement that Texas is the difference between PTSC being a .15 cent stock, or $2, $3, maybe $4 stock. Or as I like to say it, Texas or Bust. I agree with Swartz and have felt this for a long time. I missed the majority of Turley's presentation so maybe he said something about the litigation and it's affect on SP? I came very close to asking Pohl the question, "so you just heard Mr. Swartz state Texas or Bust, and just last April you stated Patriot would be OK regardless of the outcome in Texas, would you like to retract your previous statement or do you still feel the same?"
