The SHM took place at a bad time. If trial wasn't bumped up from November (at TPL's request), maybe we would have had a settlement by now. If that was the case, I am sure the tone of the meeting would have been different.

Without being redundant in naming all of Turley's accomplishments, I don't think you are being fair.

Trashing the CEO is not doing anything for moral or potential investors reading the board.

However, I do appreciate the contrary view point, when it is presented appropriately.
