Like I stated a few days ago, I made my last post on this subject. I said my peace, and I don't see the value in repeating my opinion over and over as some have done on this board.

Now with that said, I want to make sure everyone is clear of what my opinion is, so that it doesn't get blown out of proportion.

First, I was the poster who used the "Deer in Headlights" reference, not Ron. I don't want anyone to put that on him, I don't believe Ron said that.

I didn't see the majority of Turley's presentation, as I was late once again because of one of my friends I brought with me. I guess I need a new friend...he reads this...doesn't post...I will get a phone call soon. So, I never saw Turley show any disrespect to shareholders, crack fire jokes, etc. This was not my complaint.

My complaint was simply that he did not come across in the answer/question period as being prepared, in the know, in control, on top of his game, etc. He preferred to just laugh off questions, skirt issues, and the entire time I watched Pohl and he was visibly not excited about what was transpiring. Turley should have just been straightforward and said it is what it is.

"Our focus is on Texas, nothing is guaranteed, but I feel good about our chances. I am not allowed to comment on the details of the case, so please do not ask. Once we get past Texas, and depending on the outcome of Texas, we will have a much more detailed plan for our future that I will be able to share with you."

IMO, simple, straightforward, and honest. I believe shareholders would have respected honesty more than jokes or getting blown off which is what happened. I am in the Technology Industry, and I have met and worked for several CEO's of billion dollar companies, as well as have a close friend who was the CEO of his own company that he built from the ground up and sold for $250M, and was asked by Ballmer to run one of Microsoft’s divisions which he turned down. IMO, Turley couldn't hold a candle to any of these individuals. Does that mean that I think he is stupid..no. I think he is an extremely smart man. Is he our CEO, yes, but IMO, not for long...that is if we win in Texas, which I believe we will. That is why I am here, I believe in the MMP, and because of it, good things will come. This is all my opinion, and I respect the opinions of those who do not agree with me, but I don’t respect those on either side of the coin who keep repeating the same things over and over again. Long, short, in between…STOP or Go Away! OK, this really will be my last post on the subject.

Everyone, Texas or Bust! That is my mantra. I think we are going to be in great shape after Texas, and than everyone will be happy, well except those that buy in for $7 and get stuck when the stock dips back down to $5 as we wait for the next hurdle to overcome. heh heh

PS. I am surprised that no one has mentioned our CFO's comment about wearing orange shirts and being called a pumpkin that gets paid for doing nothing or something to that effect. What was that all about?
