Bringing in the SEC ,and law suits are just stupid. Unless you enjoy self-inflicted pain. Step one is TX .We should see that thru.

Keep in mind that there exist a new awareness with white collar corporate fraud. You would have to be an idiot to think that could be gotten away with today. I do however believe that a new BOD member elected by stock holders and accountable to stock holders should be created.
