380 some million shares out, that my friend is the problem. I am also in the same boat as you. The funny thing is............it is our own fault.

Does anyone in their right mind buy a penny stock with that many shares outstanding and think in a logical manner that it is going to happen for them?

I look at this as my last big stock investment win or loose. I should have listened to my Greek friends and only invested in real estate, ahhh but I knew better.
