Been on hiatus for a couple of weeks but I had to return to say hello to my old buddy Tom Meek and you other guys for your responsible questions and DD that you are obviously doing.
Problems exist with some of the shareholders that own this stock.
Many of them are skerred like Manor and are secretly dumping their stock on a daily basis. LOL.
Seriously, there are major entities that own a lot os stock. Millions of shares. Think about it. What if you owned 3-4 million shares. You must balance the present situation versus the opportunity cost of putting your money in say Goldman Sachs. I will use this as an example. 3 months ago you could buy this stock. Like gogle, one of the best companies on the stock market. Little risk. $180 price then. Bargain basement. It had come down from $220. Look what it is selling for now $240 or so. 25% gain. I wanted to buy it then but I left my money in PTSC. Why??? I wasn't sure when the big payday would come. Settlement could happen this week or not. Say it did. Would I then run for GS. Hell no. I lost my chance. PTSC is then the golden child and the price would start running up and as acquisition et al started happening, even higher.
This is the current situation. Period. I bet Jim Turley is going home pissed every night after reading the Agora. Why? He has been unable to get the ball rolling and wants to because of factors unknown to us but not the BOD. They are waiting. In many ways, they are in the same boat as us. Big shareholders look at the risk and reward and opt for what they consider are greener pastures just like my cows that I just finished chasing out of my best hayfield.
Wake up. The conspiracy theories are the most laughable thing I've ever seen. Start praying for early decision. Nothing works like prayer. Judge Ward will be doing something before this week is up. It may change the entire complexion of whats going on. It's never over until it is over. Like a good boxing match we may have to wait until the 15th round, and the judges decision.
That's enough. I'm back on hiatus, Manor. Don't beat your dog!
Regards,
