I have nothing against Mr. Turley. If you prefer to include him on that list, so be it. It won't be factually accurate considering he was and still is, on the board. I don't know how he voted. Commonsence tells me if your looking to be the next CEO it's probably best you not rock the boat, especially when the entity that wants the dividend the most, S&L, will ultimately determine if your hired. I will venture to guess the dividend policy was put on hold for one reason, backlash. Even Mr. Swartz doesn't need or want a fire in his backyard. Pohl did the dirty work because they knew he wasn't going to be the long term CEO. It was the perfect transition to allow Mr. Turley to step in and present himself as a fresh start. Only time will tell if that is the case.
You can spin it however you choose. My feelings are derived from experiences. I'm not some kind of eternal pessimist. I'm just staying on guard until PTSC Mgmt gives me a reason to let it down. That does not include cleaning up warrants, the books or anything else that happened over a year ago. I'm talking about the very things that PTSC and Mr. Pohl said directly to investors to keep us on board and encourage others to buy in. Almost 2 years and counting, there's no shame in starting to ask questions. It's very rare to see shareholders so involved with the company. I live 30 minutes from Marshall. If the litigation proceeds I may take a day or two and attend the trial. I would like to see TPL and their legal counsel in action.
