Some others here are correct that the document has not yet been signed, but all things considered, it seems that the odds  are  slim to none that the signing will not be done tomorrow......hopefully early in the morning.

I have the picture in my mind right now.........Judge Ward rides up on his white horse, dismounts, adjust his gun belt and marches into the courthouse.  He heads straight to the Coffee Shop, has 2 cups of coffee (black, of course) and then goes directly to his office, looks at the document and promptly signs while he utters a "Thank Heaven this one is almost behind us."
