Yup, I did strongly suggested things could happen in a big hurry.  As nearly always happens when I make a correct "prediction", it's always "off" by some measure.  This stay wasn't exactly what I had in mind; close, but slightly different.

The same thing happened way back when I predicted AMD would step up to PTSC, about 3-4 months before it happened.  But I was thinking more along the lines of a buy-out to capture assignment of the patents and license the tech themselves - putting them in a very dominating position.  But AMD was the one to step up first (well before the TPL/Intel deal I believe) and it was a very significant event.  So I was "off" a bit.

Just weird.....
