While that scenario sounds good, I think you are overlooking the very strong legal and technical expertise that TPL currently has with respect to the MMP. Remember what these people are doing to determine if and how much infringement. Plus TPL is in talks with quite a few companies. Seems like alot to throw out the window and try to replace. I guess PDS could be bought and a separate management deal be struck with Alliancense. Just thinking that there is a bit more to it than just $. IMHO Opty
