IMO, I like this scenario as well and is something that I have been hoping for. It does appear, at least to me, that the MMP is being positioned to be sold, and if the price is right, why not. My only concern would be what you pointed out a long time ago, the secrecy surrounding PDS. I would be pi$$ed if any shenanigans took place during such a transaction, i.e. undervalued MMP sales price. IMO, a big settlement in Texas will go a long way in setting the value of the MMP, so lets hope for some Big #'s. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
