I assume by a "pod problem", you mean some type of technical problem? If that were the case, there would be no reason not to mention that reason in the PR to cancel the webcast. My point is that if they were going to schedule this, they should have been certain that nothing would get in the way of having it happen. If there was concern that it might not be able to come off, or if a settlement was happening and perhaps would't be complete in time for the webcast, or better still WOULD Be complete before the webcast and that's the reason, then there is NO reason not to have delayed the announcement or the webcast to a later date when they could be certain there would be no impediments to a free Q&A.
