Many will be tempted to cash out on the gains post positive settlement. However, I agree with you that may be the time to hold. Many of those buying during that timeframe will have the foresight and expectations of this $4 stock going past $20. I don't know of many $4 stocks in position and poised to go 5x as this one will be if things fall in our favor.
