lake - Our mgmnt has stated at SHM they were inclined to go with the settlement route leading us to believe 'one time licencing fees' would be the norm, but if you think about it when they say 'increasing fees' for the ones who wait, well, IMVHO that could be construed into just the senerio you implied; beit in conjunction with us on a product line or just future product fees on their end.
