Seriously now, how in the world do you equate a PR ISSUED by PTSC, about a License Deal with TEAC and a Company OWNED half by PTSC, that will generate earnings FOR PTSC, as Turley being out of the loop?!

For anyone to think he's been muzzled, or is unaware of the signing, or that he's no longer the CEO simply because he didn't get quoted in this particular PR is ludicrous in my opinion.  If you read any number of the license PR's it's not uncommon for PTSC's CEO not to be quoted, or for TPL not to be quoted, or for Alliacense not to be quoted in EACH PR.  All three entities (even though Alliacense is a TPL enterprise) are involved in each signing, so each one has every right to comment in the PR IF it serves a GOOD purpose.

The fact that Turley and Lekrone are NOT quoted here, combined with Turley's recent silence since the stay, is more telling about what may be going on than if he were quoted today.  When PTSC issues a PR, it IS Turley speaking by the way, even if he's not quoted.
