There is another scenario. If one had a large holding, why not sell some(10%) in the morning at .62 and buy back in the afternoon at .59, and repeat. It's an inexpensive way to accumulate and, if the holding is large enough, any sudden increase in the price will not be lost because of the 90% core holding.
