IMO we may understand more if there is a settlement announced soon. Just like I stated yesterday, if we settle in Texas, and the J's are still listed as defendants on the appeal with the "584, than your question is answered. Of course if they are removed as defendants, than we will be wondering if they paid for the "584, or did we give it to them. AIMO. Good luck to you, me, us and all longs.
