The plaintiffs(Us) tossed the 584 claims. This case no longer concerns the 584.We are appealling the Markman ruling concerning the 584 and it will be addressed at a later date, per the outcome of that appeal. In order to save confussion, and simplify the case the 584 claims have for now been dropped . That was explained in our motion. Now if they are part of the current settlement negoiations only the principals would know. As far as the trial is concerned, currently, it is not an issue.
