So Toshiba rejected claim 29 of the '584. Did we know it was Toshiba who got the ball rolling on the USPTO review of '584 prior to this document?

TPL counterclaims are beyond my scope but it appears that Pomerene (atty for Toshiba) was referencing something that applied to a mainframe computer and was not necessarily applicable to a microprocessor design or instruction set etc. This jumped out at me in my skim of the first few pages. Made it about 3 of the 75 pages before eyes glazed over. DDiligen???????? LOL
