...and I hate to rain on the parade but isn't what everyone is getting excited about only TPL's interpretation of events and claims of the USPTO review? It seems we are only looking at one side of the story here and declaring victory on the 584 review. There will be official results issued by the USPTO in their review and those results will have more weight than what TPL has interpreted the claims to be - No?
Also- Does the USPTO just rubber stamp the new claims as written making the 584 stronger?
I appreciate that TPL has taken the review opportunity to attempt to make the additional claims that might make the 584 stronger but - correct me if I'm wrong- it doesn't mean that they will all be accepted.
I am still in wait and see mode on the 584
