ARM is not the only chip manufacturer they use, as they use MIPs for SoC products and I think they might use TI as well, but you can see from the NEC financials link above that the SoC platform makes a lot of money for NEC and albeit the other J’s as well. Knowing this, would you include the “584 in the settlement agreement with the J’s if they only give us say $100M each, how about $200M each, or $$$$$?

Have you had the time to extrapolate the potential liability for MIPs and TI yet?

The current litigation is about settlement on the '148 and '336. However, the Defendants will, at some point, have to separately license the MMP Portfolio.
