Aside from the dollar amounts, the lawsuit itself is as "material" an event as you could have for PTSC (for obvious reasons).  Accordingly, the standard for disclosure of any settlements of the case should, IMHO, be extremely high.   While I personally believe disclosure of individual company settlement $$$ is warranted in this situation, no matter how large or small, I concur that an aggregate figure may be the best we can expect.
