Yup, but after reading our response several times, IMO, we have presented our case well. And in my opinion, if we successfully defend the "584, than we should be in great shape on the "336 & "148 as both seem to have fared well at the Markman. Just think of the shockwaves that would resonate throughout the industry if we were to release a PR stating that the USPTO confirmed the validity of the "584, than "336, than "148! If things work out, we could all own a piece of a publicly traded ATM! LOL Oh well, first things first, C'mon Texas!
