Entry of Court Orders.
(A) All orders, decrees, judgments, and proceedings of the court will be filed electronically by the court or court personnel in accordance with these rules, which will constitute entry on the docket kept by the clerk
Any order filed electronically has the same force and effect as if the judge had signed a paper copy of the order and it had been entered on the docket in a conventional manner.
The rules also say that if an electronic filing was made after 5pm then it goes in to effect the following day.
The initial request for the 30 day stay was GRANTED by the Court before 5pm on October 30th.
All of the above was taken right off the Eastern District of Texas Court Rules, so I'm going out on a limb too and saying we will hear either TODAY OR TOMORROW.
Please Roger Cook.............let the Numbers be Reflective of what we are Actually Owed for the use of our technology by the defendants over the past 10+ years.
Plus, future royalties for a license through 2015!
IMO.........we are down to hours...........not days.
