Ya, I'm on the page that says "settlement".  If it doesn't happen in the next couple of days, my thought is that there will be no extension, and that our team will be "cleared" to file an MSJ early next week ("cleared" because I believe that we have fully cooperated with the court). 

I then believe that, though the Judge has 30 days to decide, the Judge will immediately decide - like within a few days, as I'm sure he's already formed an opinion.  In this scenario, "settlement" is still the key word, because I would think the Js would want to act before the Judge issues his decision. 

If the Js wait for the decision, and it's in our favor, then settlement is again the more prudent move for the Js versus a damages trial and a complete loss of control.
