While I agree with your hope that the old $1B estimate was low, note that your number of infringers on notice is way low. Corrections welcome, but I believe that one of the Lecies advised that there were 485 infringers on notice as of last Spring's SHM (though Turley keeps saying "more than 300" - though I think he says "large companies" or like words - which may justify the difference).
