I believe this has been discussed in the past. Once TPL/Alliacense stepped onto the scene any of PTSC's monetary estimates were out the window. TPL already proved Patriots expectations were way to low. With tons of engineers on staff and lots of reverse engineering going on, they most certainly proved the value of the portfolio was much larger than initially anticipated.
