OK, spell it out..what is your question? None of the 3 attorneys thought the stay was ACP related. None of the 3 attorneys thought the stay was related to any of the 3 USPTO reexaminations...this they were very sure of. What is it you are asking?

It would not surprise me if JW did not mention the reason for the stay based on a request by the the parties involved.

First, JW didn't mention the reason because he didn't request the stay....the J's and TPL/PTSC requested the stay. Also, using your reasoning, do you think JW would want to announce that a settlement was being worked on for a publically traded company? Just think about that...many problems with this scenario...too many to list.
