I hear ya, but we do see figures in the headlines of other dispute resolutions, especially when the dollars are significant. 

But I do whole-heartedly agree that there would be resistance to disclosing the exact number for one/each settling entity. 

But we've got a bunch we're dealing with, and an aggregate number being disclosed would not IMO violate "mum" terms with each individual entity - the exact number associated with each would still be anyone's guess. 

And if the number(s) are truly large and unusual, PTSC at least could not violate the law (SEC regs), regardless of any "mum" terms.  You can agree with your neighbors that it's okay to run that stop sign at the end of the street, but it won't keep a cop from giving you a ticket.
