...they do not want to publish the settlement numbers NOW, because Patriot (what could Turley have done the last 30 days?) is currently in M&A negotiation talks and don't want the other side to double the price (because they know of the half billion $ on Patriot's account...lol)?

I know, I was the one, who was/is convinced for several reasons, they'll publish the numbers...but it's geting boring while we're waiting, thus I thought, I could add "something completeley different"...;-)
