Ok, I'll set the line on our situation. New Quater is on us and I will believe a settlement this quarter SO:

Drum roll please !

Line: .48 cents earning per shar this quarter ending Feb. 2008

O/U: $7 PPS sometime before end of year our year in May.

Figures= $300 mil from current case settlement + 4 more licenses' from new companies at a $20 mill average = $380 / 2 is $190 to PTSC

190/390= .487 X (a PE figure ?) I used 15 for a result of $7.30

If we had to pay 10 million for lawyer fees the our result would be $180m for a pps of $6.92

I pulled 15 for the PE out of thin air ( or did I pull out a bunch of hot air from B's ballon ? )

OK, Place you bets and do chime in on your opinion as to the over and under on these figures. I would like to know your thoughts.
