I believe it was Pohl that stated numbers would be announced if they were unusual around $250,000,000 + as could be the case we are all hoping for. Announcing a large number would show the world who we are and what we own. As Hawk said when asked why don't you write the PTSC story and he said what story? Well this case is the story. I have a feeling when this thing breaks it will be big and we will see PTSC has hired them.

Announcing settlement figures would also put pressure on other companies to settle out of court. These big compamies will feel they are getting a deal at $20,000,000-$50,000,000 for a license.

It will probably be released as one lump sum so that we will not know exactly how much each of the J3 actually paid.
