Last year i applied through Legal Zomm for a Trademark........I had to file with the PTO.............I did call once for a time line on my app..........They told me to go to the web site and all the information would be there.............They were not able to give me a timeline....

 Also they could and would not give me any legal advice...............

Now this was MY Trademark and they said you will just have to wait it out.........They knew my assignment info, and that i was the owner...............Again they said no time line will be given except what was posted on the USPTO website............Oscar, i have always like reading your posts , but now you should not have posted the info unless you could have backed it up............... This now can only be a RUMOR .......
