I agree Bill.... If anything, I'd bet the PTO is waiting for JW's Federal Court to make a ruling (either in the form of an MSJ or court resolution), inorder to possibly incorporrate these finding into their reexam results (Their '584 findings came directly on the heals of the Markman). If none is made then they'll go to work on their reexam independently...
