I've seen quite a few postings here since then mentioning that Daewoo likely agreed a month or so ago to pay for the license. They were just discussing the amount. (BTW-- Anyone have that amount?)

If that is true, do you think that the pop from the .40's to now was a result of the agreement (perhaps some news of that agreement leaked) and today's price has factored in the Daewoo news?

Think about it... we get the 'news' today (last night) but no effect on the price at this point.

Someone perhaps knew about the Daewoo signing and that's why we are here at .60 now.

(The stay, and everything else with the J's last month and up to today, had nothing to do with todays price, in fact, if what I think has happened, the market has NOT even factored in ANY price for the current litigation in Texas.)

Simplified: Today's price is a result of a leak that Daewoo was signing. The market has not factored in any price to the J's settleing OR losing the case.
