My position is that the run up from 40 to 60 was a result of the stay. Check out the dates of the stay announcement and the dramatic up lift in the stock price. They match up IMO. The stock has not tanked so far after the announcement of Daewoo. My observation is that usually the stock price goes up prior to a signing announcement and then sells off when announced. That is not happening at this time. For what ever reason we are stuck at 60 until more is known by more people and the mms are overwhelmed by the waves, which ever way it goes.
