Very nice.... but I don't care how many links you post.. in a Court of Law NOTHING is a sure thing... NOTHING

Do I like our chances.. of course.. but in there.. anything can happen.. up to and including KSR/Obviousness

Now it is very likely (IMO) that these patents will eventually have to answer to KSR/Obiousness in a court of law.. and perhaps this is the best venue, best time... but maybe the prudent path would be to bank $100-$300 mil first & collect a multitude of licensings prior to that definitive ruling..

Risk vs reward is what TPL & TTC are wrestling with
