Puff out your chest, stamp your feet and tell us how you have the right to moan and moan when you think things are wrong. In the end all you are is a person that thinks complaining and moaning is better than actually doing something. If you truly wanted change there are other, better ways to effect that change. But you think the best way to handle it is to whine and moan to the point where other participants here are tired of hearing it. Why don't you start your own "let's change ptsc management" forum where you can try to garner enough votes to actually change the bod. Then you can actually try to accomplish something. For someone who thinks he is intelligent enough to run a public company (I can only assume this since you are constantly giving your advice here on how things should be done differently) you are sure trying to "correct" things in an unintelligent way.

I don't want to even get into your statement about ptsc not doing anything when Swartz was converting warrants. Shall ptsc control all it's shareholders and tell them not to sell if this thing starts to run. Do you think they had a legal right to prevent Swartz from converting? Get a clue.
