Actually that post got me to thinking. We believe that the Js want to settle, as indicated by the mutually agreed 30 day stay.  Presumably only Js looking for a further stay.  Might that mean Js still want to settle, just think TPL is asking too much $?  And could they be asking the court to rule on some kind of limitation on the damages?  Seems to be taking Judge Ward a long time to rule on the motion.  I suspect it is not an easy one to rule on.   Opty
