I know exactally what you all are trying to do I been here for five years. I also know that you all do not like Jim Turely and want a whole new BOD. I also remeber the time wolf posted all the stuff about class action lawsuits and this and that garbage. I know it is not your job to do better and it is not mine. That being said do you think right now is the time to be complaining about the BOD. After five years of waiting we are at the point we all be waiting for. That is the conclusion of this lawsuit and soon the PTO ruling. IMO I believe we are going to win both. Turley so far has done a fine job and has signed more than one deal. He has laid out a plan for growth for the company that deals not only with our patents but with mergers and possible new products. That is how you grow a company. I hopefully I learnt something with my MBA.

Saying the NAZ etc wont take use seriously with who we have on the board you might be right but we are a long way from being listed there. When that times it should be addressed but not right now. Also if you have not noticed these signings do not help share price. My take on it is its because of the uncertainty of the lawsuit and the PTO ruling. Once that is cleared up we shall see now that the outstanding warrents are gone. Oh and they have issued PR's but there is nothing the BOD can do about the share price with all the uncertainty. Once that is cleared up then I feel it would be a great time for a national blitz. If nothing is done after we come through this then I will agree and will be higly upset. Until that time then I say we let it all play out since we are in the bottom of the 9th.
