Skycop, not picking on you, and honestly do not want to have this discussion as I don't believe now is the time to do so, but you made the following statements and I don't believe that they are accurate:

Turley so far has done a fine job and has signed more than one deal. 

I am assuming you mean license deals which Turley has nothing to do with. TPL sgns all of the deals, Turley walks to the mailbox and collects the check.

He has laid out a plan for growth for the company that deals not only with our patents but with mergers and possible new products.  That is how you grow a company. 

I have never seen or heard of a plan and I have attended the last 3 SHM's. Yes, Turley has said he would like to aquire a technology in the next 12-18 months, but I wouldn't consider that statement a plan.  I am hoping that once the uncertainty of Texas is removed, than Turley will be allowed to speak and share a plan, until than, I remain skeptical, but hoping to be pleasantly surprised.
