Let me make my thought clear. What I’m asking is do you think TPL received payment for past infringement in the form of a lump sum payment and PTSC will receive all royalties going forward. If you don’t think the settlement was tied to the PTO ruling, one would assume TPL must have the lump sum payment monies for past infringements. There had to be a lump sum payment in this deal somehow, no way around that. IMO
