Trial or Settlement?

Is there anyone out there that still thinks this is going to trial?

  • The joint request for expedited review of ACP. W/O any official resolution to date.
  • The joint request for 30 day stay.
  • The defendants request for another stay.
  • Silence from TPL and the judge.

If a trial is still in the cards, no one seems to be acting like it is. IMHO. Opty
