I agree. Mr. Turley hadn't said anything in the previous two PR's, but he did on Friday. This could be one indication that he is no longer in negotiations and is back from Texas. What I also like is the sudden SURGE in new licensees... perhaps they're getting the message that the price is going up because our Texas situation is about to end... favorably. This week should be interesting to say the least.
