Where have you been?

PTO is extremely important to tpl/PTSC as most on this board are aware. We need to complete some thoughts , however.

1. A favorable decision from PTO would turn this case into a gigantic slam dunk.

2. A negative decision (your the lawyer not me) would present a dilemma for the jury. Favorable Markman, Negative PTO ??

I think the decisions have been made by PTO even though not released based on the preponderance of info that the patents are secure. Obviously you agree with me (1.3 million shares) but you like to fight...lol.

I like you sophiegirl because you have spunk. Presenting your arguements, although combative, is negated by your vested interest. (I believe you would fall in love with Frazier).
