OK.  I didn't get it since you were responding to and quoting sophiegirl's post, not mine.  Thanks.  That being said, I don't believe the re-exam will follow any kind of expedited schedule, UNLESS PERHAPS, the case gets settled and the J3's license the MMP, and with that implicit validity to the patents, the USPTO automatically rules in favor of the patents validity.
