Tom , just like our lawyers IMO i believe that we will see a settlement and at the same time i am prepared to hang tough and duke it out at trial..............

As i posted a few weeks ago an IP lawyer told me two things that stuck with me.........." Their is little justice in Law/litigation"  ...   Each sides job is to scare the opposition before they climb the court house steps.....

The past two years has been like a fumble at a football game.....Players on the sidelines pointing that they have the ball.......Hopefully at the end of the day we will be standing with the ball in our hands.....
