IF JW was receptive to a Motion (i.e., MSJ) from our team to help move us to settlement, JW could amend the "final" date as he wishes, and accept the motion.  Thus, the "final" date is a non-issue.

 According to an earlier post from poker, there is a procedure that must be followed to file a motion after the deadline has been met.  I am not qualifed to comment on whether or not JW can just decide to amend the final date as he wishes, without that procedure being followed.
