milestone - Thanks for your response.  That's what I had thought.  Got confused by PokerMVP's stay definition response.

PokerMVP - By your response to me the other day, you implied that the court schedule had been extended by 30 days, ie that the 30 days had postponed all items on the courts schedule.   Is that what you meant?  If so, I think you may be mistaken.
