I'm just talking court procedure, not that JW is going to actually say anything about the settlement details. Do you file a motion to dismiss and never inform the court of the settlement details? Or do you file a motion for dismissal with the settlement details attached? Or do you file the settlement details with the court, the court having received the settlement details then gives the parties the OK to file dismissal? No one has indicated yet, what is the normal procedure. I was thinking it is most likely that last one stated here. TIA for any insight. Opty
